Joe switched over our water heater from electric to propane. He had to run the propane line into the house and then extended it to the other side of the basement to incorporate my fireplace, eliminating the need to have a second propane tank. Without any discussion, he automatically added connections in the line in case we ever switch to a propane furnace or want to connect our gas grill to the larger propane supply! Ingenious! We also had a case of, “while you are here” and added some small plumbing jobs he agreed to take on.
Most impressively, we have had a slamming water hammer as long as we have lived here. He heard it while he was in the basement and immediately identified the problem. It was a quick fix for him and no more noise!
Joe is a hard worker and trustworthy. I had no issues leaving him working in my home while I went out. And his prices are more than fair.
